Terms of Use
Last updated: 25 August 2026
These Terms of Use apply to Vantice, a product of InvoHive (ABN 87 690 006 378). By using Vantice, you agree to these Terms.
Vantice is a business-management app for Australian sole traders and small businesses. It is designed to help organise business records, not to replace professional accounting, tax or legal advice.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to create and maintain your account, and for protecting your login credentials and device access.
2. Service description
Vantice may include features for business profiles, customer records, Money In, Money Out, quotes, invoices, payment tracking, GST visibility, accountant exports, receipt attachments and account settings. Features may change, improve or be removed over time.
3. Subscription pricing
Planned pricing is a 3-week free trial, then A$9.95 per month or A$79.95 per year. Where subscriptions are enabled, billing is expected to occur through Apple’s App Store using Apple’s in-app purchase systems. Subscription terms, renewal handling and cancellation rights may also be governed by Apple’s platform rules.
Until the subscription flow is live, the website itself does not take subscription payments.
4. No payment processing
Vantice does not process customer card payments. If you place bank details, PayID or other payment instructions on your records or documents, you are responsible for those arrangements and any resulting transactions.
5. User content and responsibility
You are responsible for the business information, customer information, invoices, quotes, expenses, receipts, tax information and other content you enter or upload into Vantice. You must ensure that the information you use in Vantice complies with applicable laws and your own record-keeping obligations.
6. Tax and accounting disclaimer
Vantice is a record-keeping and workflow tool only. Any GST summaries, BAS-style reporting views, export files or other calculations are provided for convenience and should be reviewed by you and, where appropriate, by your accountant or tax adviser.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of Vantice at any time. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will always be error-free.
8. Account deletion and termination
You may delete your account using the in-app deletion flow. We may suspend or terminate access where required to protect the service, comply with law or address misuse.
9. Intellectual property
Vantice, its branding, design and service materials are owned by or licensed to InvoHive. You may use the app only for its intended business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, InvoHive excludes liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of Vantice. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
11. Privacy
Your use of Vantice is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published at vantice.org.
