Terms of Use

These Terms apply to Vantice, a product of InvoHive Pty Ltd (ABN 87 690 006 378). By using Vantice, you agree to these Terms.
Vantice is business-admin software for Australian sole traders and small businesses. It is designed to organise business records and workflows, not to replace professional accounting, tax, BAS or legal advice.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information used to create and maintain your account, for protecting your login credentials and device access, and for ensuring that people using your account are authorised to do so.
2. Service description
Vantice may include business profiles, customers, Money In, Money Out, quotes, invoices, secure customer quote responses, payment tracking, receipt attachments, GST visibility, tax set-aside estimates, accountant exports, cloud sync, notifications and subscription controls. Features may change as the product develops.
3. Vantice Pro subscriptions
For eligible new subscribers, Vantice Pro can include a 14-day free introductory trial, followed by A$12.99 per month or A$99.99 per year in the Australian App Store. The exact price and introductory-offer eligibility shown by Apple at purchase time control your transaction.
Subscriptions are purchased, billed, renewed, restored, cancelled and managed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple. Cancelling stops future renewal but normally leaves access active until the current entitlement period ends.
Deleting your Vantice account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Manage the subscription separately through Apple.
4. No customer card-payment processing
Vantice does not process your customers’ card payments. If you store or place bank details, PayID or other payment instructions on invoices, you are responsible for those arrangements and any resulting transactions.
5. User content and record keeping
You are responsible for the business information, customer information, invoices, quotes, expenses, receipts, payment records, tax settings and other content you enter or upload. You must ensure you have authority to use that information and comply with your own record-keeping, privacy, contractual and legal obligations.
6. GST, tax and financial estimates
Vantice calculations are estimates based on the records entered into the app. GST collected, GST credits, estimated GST payable, deductible-expense views, profit and tax set-aside figures can be incomplete or inaccurate if records are missing, duplicated, categorised incorrectly or entered incorrectly.
Vantice does not prepare or lodge BAS statements or tax returns and does not provide accounting, tax, BAS, financial or legal advice. You remain responsible for verifying records, meeting lodgement and payment obligations, and obtaining professional advice where appropriate. Consult a registered tax agent, BAS agent, accountant or other qualified adviser for final figures and obligations.
7. Customer quote responses
Secure public quote links are designed to let customers view and respond to a quote without a Vantice account. You remain responsible for confirming that the correct customer received the link and for reviewing any accepted, declined or change-requested status before relying on it for contractual or operational decisions.
8. Availability, changes and service continuity
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that Vantice will always be error-free. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.
If Vantice is discontinued, InvoHive Pty Ltd will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice where practical and, where reasonably available, an opportunity for users to export business records before service closure. This is not a promise of indefinite service or perpetual data availability, so users should keep any records they are legally or commercially required to retain.
9. Account deletion and termination
You may delete your account through the in-app deletion flow. We may suspend or terminate access where required to protect the service, comply with law, enforce these Terms or address misuse.
10. Intellectual property
Vantice, its branding, design, software and service materials are owned by or licensed to InvoHive Pty Ltd. You may use the service only for its intended purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
11. Liability and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by law, InvoHive Pty Ltd excludes liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of Vantice. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian consumer law.
12. Privacy
Your use of Vantice is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Vantice develops. The latest version will be published at vantice.org/terms.html.
